Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.
•Booking price includes property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 in damages done to the property.
•Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
•Prior to checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
•I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Any stays exceeding 30 days will require a mid-stay cleaning after the 14 day mark at the guests expense for change of linens and light cleaning.

Host was very responsive and professional to our needs and went out of their way to make our stay welcome and comfortable. Being an apartment, it can be noisy at times, especially late at night, but overall the location was suitable for our needs. The other surrounding tenants were nice and respectful.
Loved the welcoming snacks. Appreciated basic necessities. Good value. Centralized location for visits to Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, and Tampa Aquarium.
