We had a wonderful time and house was great! Everything we needed was available and the house was VERY clean. Quietest neighborhood I’ve ever stayed in. Friendly.
Great place! Incredible host. The home was spotless. One of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever seen. Host was quick to respond and empathetic to all needs. The pool was refreshing and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in on an extended 10 day stay. The yard needs some clean up to improve curb appeal but we spent most of the time indoors due to heat or out back in the very private pool.
Beautiful home! Big kitchen, multiple areas to sit and eat, big TV’s in every room, and a nice pool area. Our biggest issue was having to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee to check-in early. We felt exploited because we arrived in the area earlier than expected, and once we paid the fee we still walked into rooms with dead bugs on the floor. We were given the impression that the cleaners had JUST come to clean but the area itself reflected otherwise. We’ve never experienced a pre-check in fee and that made us feel like a cash grab. After we politely expressed that the fee was new to us and that we would let others know in our review, the host told us that “retaliatory reviews are not allowed per AirBnB’s review policy”. We understand a critique isn’t what you want to hear but deterring us from writing an honest reflection on how you’re conducting business in hospitality isn’t professional. Respectfully, we wouldn’t be writing to this extent if the home reflected our $75 agreement
